Q: What is Coaching?
A: Coaching is a powerful process which helps you to create positive and meaningful change in any areas of your life that are currently causing you stress and unhappiness. I aim to empower you to create the fulfilling, balanced and happy life that you dream of by providing you with the focus, motivation, self-confidence, self-belief and self-awareness that you need in order to achieve your true potential.
Q: How many sessions will I need?
A: Every client is different, some need 1-3 sessions, some work with me every month for a year. Once we've had the
free initial consultation I'll be in a position to let you know how many sessions I think it will take. I offer attractive packages for block bookings, and you have my assurance that if you achieve what you want and still have outstanding paid for sessions, I will of course refund what you haven't yet used.
