How important  is health and well being in creating self confidence and  a satisfying and rewarding life?
 
 
Hopefully the answer is so obvious I barely need to ask it - it's ESSENTIAL! So why is it then that so many people put up with less than perfect health?

Self limiting beliefs in this area vary widely, but include:
 
  • I'm not good enough
  • I'll never be thin
  • I'm ugly
  • I can't find the time to exercise
