How important is health and well being to a satisfying and rewarding life?
Hopefully the answer is so obvious I barely need to ask it - it's ESSENTIAL! So why is it then that so many people put up with less than perfect health?
I've already said I won't delve in to the past to seek answers in my coaching sessions, but it is important to identify and understand any self-limiting beliefs that may exist that prevent you from moving forwards, so we can work together to dissolve them.
