How would you feel if you had unshakeable self confidence and you loved yourself and your life?
 
Pretty amazing I'm sure, and my aim is to help as many people as possible to feel just like that. Why? Because I know after years of coaching that self confidence and self esteem are the cornerstones of happy, rewarding and amazing lives.
 
You're not alone
 
It's estimated that 3 out of 4 people in the UK suffer with low confidence and self esteem. That's incredible, but probably unsurprising, given the way people compare themselves to friends, colleagues and celebrities, and the 'baggage' people carry around from past experiences.

Ask yourself the following questions

 
  • Do you usually compare yourself badly against others?
  • Do you often think or say negative or critical things about yourself?
  • Do you struggle to accept compliments?
  • Do you shrink into the background at social events?
  • Or avoid them completely?
  • Do you think that others' opinions are more valuable than yours?
  • Do you struggle to say 'no' to other people?
  • Does your body image make you feel bad about yourself?

How I can help you

 

The first step is to help you to clearly identify exactly what you want to achieve; sounds simple doesn't it? But most of my clients don't start with a clear picture of where they want to be, just where they don't want to be, in their current situation!
 
Then we'll look at the causes of your low self confience; for some clients it can be events that happened decades beforehand, but are still having a real impact on their lives today. I'll share with you simple steps and techniques to break the hold these events or people have over you.
 
Then I'll help you to remember the resilient, strong, powerful, amazing, bright and talented person I'm sure you are. I've yet to work with a client who hasn't rediscovered that they are each of these things.
