What is Coaching?
 
Coaching is a process of helping people to define the lives they really want to lead, identify what's stopped them from achieving it in the past, and putting in place the actions required to get them to where they want to be.
 
 
 
Who could benefit from Coaching?
 
Just about anyone can benefit from the support 
of a Coach, because just about anyone can suffer from low confidence and self esteem. Even people who outwardly seem to have it all, inwardly can struggle.

The first step is to help you to clearly identify exactly what you want to achieve; sounds simple doesn't it? But most of my clients don't start with a clear picture of where they want to be, just where they don't want to be, in their current situation!
 
Then we'll look at the causes of your low self confience; for some clients it can be events that happened decades beforehand, but are still having a real impact on their lives today. I'll share with you simple steps and techniques to break the hold these events or people have over you.
 
Then I'll help you to remember the resilient, strong, powerful, amazing, bright and talented person I'm sure you are. I've yet to work with a client who hasn't rediscovered that they are each of these things.
